Numerous Injuries In 6-Vehicle Crash On Rt 30 (Photos): Officials Several people suffered injuries in a six-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on Route 30 in Lancaster Count on Monday night, August 12, authorities announced the following morning. The crash happened on Rt 30 by Exit: PA 23 East - New Holland Ave/Pike and Exit: US 222 North - Ephrata/Reading around 10 p.m., according to PennDOT. Emergency crews arrived at the scene to find multiple vehicles strewn across the roadway with patients trapped inside, as explained in a release by the Manheim Township Professional Firefighters. Crash Closes All Lanes Of Rt 30 Near Rt 222 (Developing) A crash closed all lanes on part of Route 30 in central Pennsylvania, authorities say.  The crash happened in the westbound lanes between Exit: PA 23 EAST - NEW HOLLAND AVE/PIKE and Exit: US 222 NORTH - EPHRATA/READING around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, according to the Pennsylvania department of transportation. There is no word on how many vehicles were involved or any injuries.  The road reopened around 11 a.m., according to traffic cameras. Follow Daily Voice for updates.
