Head-On Crash Sends Two To Hospital In Upper Allen Township: Police A head-on collision on South Market Street in Upper Allen Township sent two drivers to the hospital, Upper Allen Police said on Sunday, Dec. 29. Officers were called to the crash at the overpass above the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Saturday, Dec. 28, where they found one of the drivers had managed to extricate themselves from their vehicle despite initial reports of entrapment, police said. Both drivers were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. Puddle Causes Serious Tractor-Trailer, SUV Crash On US 15, Upper Allen Township PD A woman was hospitalized after "standing rain water on the roadway" made her lose control of her SUV, Upper Allen Township police announced Wednesday evening. The police were called to the scene of the two-vehicle crash on US Route 15 northbound, near the East Winding Hill Road exit, around 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the department detailed in the release. Five Hospitalized After Central PA Car Wreck: Police Five people were taken to the hospital following a two-car crash in Upper Allen Township, according to officials.  It happened Friday evening, Nov. 3 just after 6 p.m., township police said.  A driver in a gray Ford Fusion on Clark Street ran a stop sign at Louise Drive and pulled in front of an oncoming Hyundai Elantra, said authorities.  The driver of the Ford and all four people in the Hyundai were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
