Otilio Lugo-Rivera Dies At Steelton Strip Club, The Hideout A 35-year-old man has been identified following an altercation at a strip club in Steelton, authorities announced on March 25.  Otilio Lugo-Rivera of Dillsburg died inside The Hideout after-hours strip club located at 159 North Front Street on Sunday, officials detailed the following day.  Steelton Police were called to a report of a "man down inside the establishment" around 5:35 a.m. on Sunday morning; and despite "life-saving measures", Lugo-Rivera was pronounced dead at the scene of the fight, officials explained.
