Justin Tyler Iuliano lived to help others. The 25-year-old West Chester, PA resident — who was raised in Summit and New Providence, NJ — died on May 10. He was 25 years old. A longtime New Providence EMS volunteer, Juliano also aided the homeless, his obituary says. Newark police bore no responsibility in the death from heart disease of a 73-year-old man who collapsed in the back seat of a patrol car, a state grand jury has found.
