DNA Connects Quarryville Man To 11-Year-Old Rape Victim: Police DNA evidence has linked a Quarryville man to the rape of an 11-year-old girl, police announced on Friday, July 14, 2023.  Shane Howe, 27, has been under investigation since the Quarryville police were called to a house in the 300 block of West Stanton Road on Dec. 2 2022, according to the police release.  While on the scene for that incident, an 11-year-old girl "confided in the Officer that.
