Man Attempts To 'Bite', 'Spit' On Kennett Square Officers, Police Say An Avondale man is accused of trying to bite and spit on Kennett Square police officers while they tried to take him to a hospital, the department said in a release.  Erik Herrera-Bedolla, 21, is charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and harassment, said KSPD.  Authorities said it happened on Sunday, Jan. 14 at the 100 block of North Willow Street. He was released on $7,500 bail and has a hearing scheduled for Jan. 24, court records show.
