Strip Mall Fire In Central PA: Authorities (Update; Photos) A strip mall is partially on fire in Shermans Dale, Carroll Township, authorities say.  The two-alarm fire broke out at Village Square Plaza located at 5201 Spring Road shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, according to emergency dispatch.  A forklift to the rear of the structure supposedly caught fire which spread and quickly cover approximately 75 feet of the building— going through the roof, authorities explained in first responder radio broadcasts and people at the scene told Daily Voice.
