Tractor-Trailer Flips Over On I-81 Closing Lanes In Central PA (Developing) A crash on Interstate 81 is causing delays in Central Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  An empty tractor-trailer rolled over on I-81 at Exit 72A: Paxtonia/Linglestown in Lower Paxton Township at 6:36 p.m., according to Schreffler and PennDOT's 511PA.  The tractor-trailer flipped over at the median for north and southbound traffic, according to traffic cameras and it led to left lane restrictions in both directions.  "Hazmat called for a fuel spill," Schreffler said. Witnesses Sought After Serious I-81 Crash At Ramp In Carlisle (Update) Police activity shuttered a ramp along Interstate 81 in Central Pennsylvania on Saturday night and now officers are searching for witnesses.   The ramp closure was first announced by Carlisle Police at 5:58 p.m. on Dec. 30, but on Wednesday, Jan. 3, the police said the crash really happened around 4:45 p.m. A two-vehicle caused the initial closure at Walnut Bottom Road and I-81 Exit 45:College Street off-ramp in Carlisle Borough, according to Carlisle PD. I-83 Reopens After Multi-Vehicle Crash In Central PA Interstate 83 has reopened several hours after a crash in Central Pennsylvania.  Part of Interstate 83 was shut down due to a multiple-vehicle crash on Tuesday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  The crash closed I-83 northbound between Exit 19 to Market Street and Exit 21A to Route 30 East/Arsenal Road. The crash was reported at 6:42 a.m. on Oct. 4.  As of 8 a.m., the roadway was still shuttered and major delays were ongoing.
