Coroner ID's Baby Killed In Lebanon City Crosswalk The names of the baby who was killed, as well as his mother and the driver who hit them have been released. The now deceased infant has been identified as Oswaldo Gracia, a 15-week-old baby boy, according to the Lebanon County coroner. He died when he and his mother-- who was pushing him across the street in a stroller was struck by a pickup truck at the intersection of North 10th and Lehman streets in Lebanon around 11 a.m. on Monday.
