PA Teen Charged For Killing Gym Coach, US Army Vet In Crash: DA A Lancaster teenager has been charged in a crash that killed a US Army veteran in East Petersburg Borough last year, authorities announced on Thursday, Jan. 9. The 17-year-old, of the 100 block of North Reservoir Street, is accused of causing the April 7, 2024, crash that left 74-year-old Malcolm Parker of Lancaster dead, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police. The teen has been charged in juvenile court with Homicide by Vehicle and three summary traffic offenses. Man Dies 12 Days After Serious Lancaster County Crash, Police Say A man has died in the hospital from injuries sustained in a serious car crash the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department announced on Monday, April 22.
