The incident happened just after 6:30 a.m., when crews were dispatched for a water rescue near Middle Paxton Township. Emergency responders were informed that a hunter’s canoe had overturned, leaving him stranded in the river, according to the fire company. Motorcyclist Dies After Slamming Into Pole In Dauphin County
A motorcyclist has died in a single vehicle crash in Dauphin County on Monday night, according to Pennsylvania State police. Brian Paul Elliott, 48, of Camp Hill, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The accident started when Elliott was riding on his 2013 Triumph Trophy motorcycle westbound in the 2800 block of Fishing Creek Valley Road in Middle Paxton Township around 5:45 p.m. He left the westbound lane, crossing into the eastbound lane-- striking into an embankment.
