Isaac William Powell Lamison, 18, of Emigsville, has been charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and possession of marijuana after breaking into the Tobacco Hut on 1400 Manheim Pike in Lancaster,  according to Manheim Township Police. Video Lands Teen Adult Charges For Stabbing, PA State Police Say A 16-year-old boy has been charged as an adult after being caught on video stabbing a 17-year-old boy during a fight, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday.  Isaac Mason Blinke reportedly stabbed the older teen around 7:04 p.m. in the 200 block of West Broadway in Red Lion, PSP detailed in a release.  When first responders arrived at the reported assault "the 17-year-old victim was found with a stab wound in his torso," the state police said.
