Central PA Man Wanted For Indecent Exposure: Police A central Pennsylvania man is wanted by police for indecent exposure. Miguel Angel Madrid, 56, of Steelton, is wanted by Lower Paxton Township police, according to a release by police on Tuesday. A warrant for his arrest was issued on Oct. 25, according to the release. Police were called to the 6000 block of Willowspring Road for a report of shots fired on Tuesday around 12:53 p.m. A caller told Emergency Dispatch Services they saw a man with a gun chasing another man while running down the street. Upon arrival police found a man had been stabbed. It has not been confirmed if he was the man being chased down the street. No one was shot. Mannix J. Martinez, 16 of Harrisburg, was arrested on Tuesday for his involvement in an incident at a home in the 100 block of South Lockwillow Avenue on April 25, say police. Zakai Anderson, also 16, was arrested for the same incident last month, as Daily Voice previously reported.  Martinez is a juvenile but has been charged as an adult.
