A 17-year-old was found on a Lancaster city sidewalk on Monday morning and soon died, police announced on Oct. 16. The teenager was spotted by Lancaster City Bureau of Police officers on a routine patrol in the 100 block of North Prince Street at approximately 3:44 a.m. "It was determined the individual was beyond medical help and were pronounced deceased shortly after they were discovered," the police said. A Central Pennsylvania man wanted in connection with a weekend killing has turned himself over to authorities, according to an updated release on Tuesday. Terrance McCain, 37, was wanted for criminal homicide following the shooting on the 900 block of S. Duke Street around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 in Lancaster, police said. A 20-year-old man was found fleeing with a stolen gun following a car crash in Lancaster on Saturday, police say. John Clarence David Walls Jr. was found shortly after officers were called to a report of shots fired near Harrisburg Pike and North Pine Street and discovered a crash on Aug. 5.
