York Man Struck Dead In Harrisburg Allegedly Hit By Convict: Court Docs A Middletown man has been charged for fatally striking a York City resident at a Harrisburg intersection, court records obtained by Daily Voice detail.  Jose Borrero, 34, died at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill on Friday, Dec. 9.
