'Explosion' Injures 3 Workers At Plant In Waynesboro: Authorities (Update) Multiple people were injured in an explosion-like event at a manufacturing plant in South Central Pennsylvania. Emergency crews were called to the "fire department incident" at Johnson Controls located at 100 Cumberland Valley Avenue in Waynesboro at 7:23 a.m., according to emergency dispatchers in Franklin County. "An air chamber rupture," was also reported to the police. They added that the incident is contained to the facility. PA Man Dies After Being Pinned By Heavy Work Equipment, Authorities Says A Pennsylvania man was pinned by heavy equipment at his job and later died from his injuries on Monday, authorities say. Christopher Raul, 20, of the 400 Block of Birthday Club Road in Shrewsbury Township, York County, was pinned by equipment at his job, the coroner says.
