The crash happened in the 300 block of North Railroad Street between Broad and Willow streets shortly after 8 a.m., according to officials. An unidentified 63-year-old woman died at the scene, according to Palmyra borough police. The woman was found in a Jeep Liberty, according to a report by The Sun.
