Amaris Morales-Berrios Killed, Jose Rodriguez Ramos Charged Details have been released about how a mom who was reported missing around 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15 was found murdered approximately 36 hours later, according to a release by York City police.  Amaris Morales-Berrios, 42 of York City, was found dead in the 1100 block of Priority Road around 5 a.m. on Jan. 17, city police explained. Jose Luis Rodriguez Ramos has been arrested on charges in connection with her death, the police said and court records confirmed.  MEPA UPDATE: Morales-Berrios has been located. Man Trying To Kill Teen Nabbed In Central PA: Police A man who allegedly shot and attempted to kill a teenager has been arrested, police say. Nahsir Jaheim Holton, 18, of York, was arrested in the 1st block of North Hartley Street on Thursday Apr. 28, according to a release by city police.
