John Milton Mckeiver, 57, York, has been charged following the incident at a Monroe Street school bus stop on Monday. A Lebanon County man pulled down his pants while standing in the street in front of multiple people, according to Palmyra Borough police. Edward Lee Toro, 42, of Palmyra, was arrested on July 22 of incident exposure. PA Man Arrested After Women Find Lewd Photos Of Themselves Online, Police Say
A Montgomery County man was arrested for sharing lewd photos of women online, authorities said. A woman told Abington Township police in March that she had repeatedly been receiving lewd text messages and social media messages which included photos of herself with men performing "sexual acts," police said. A man in York County exposed himself to children and asked for a 9-year-old to perform a sex act, according to police in Hanover. Andrew James Lowery, 36, of the 100 block of McAllister Street in Hanover, was arrested on Saturday after two children told police he pulled down his pants and waved his penis at them. A 19-year-old man was arrested for having his genitals exposed in the parking lot of a popular Cumberland County shopping center, authorities said. West shore Regional officers responded to the parking lot of 1200 Market Street in Lemoyne where Caden Alberto Rivera was found around 1:45 p.m. May 13, police said. A man in Lancaster has been charged after he was seen masturbating in public over a three day period, say police. Christian Ventura-Torres, 43 of the 100 block of Locust Street of Lancaster, was arrested at 2 p.m. on April 14 after a business owner reported him to police. Through an investigation police learned that Ventura-Torres had been seen masturbating both over and under his clothing in the downtown Lancaster area since April 12.
