Victims ID'd After Deadly Mass Shooting In Philadelphia The three men who died in the mass shooting in Carroll Park on Sunday, June 21 have been identified by police.  Akil Jones, 33, Rashie Jones, 29, and Sekayi Robinson, 23, died after gunfire rang out at a cookout on the 1200 block of North Alden Street around 2 a.m., according to authorities. The Joneses were brothers, police noted. Deadly Shooting Under Investigation In Harrisburg: Police One man was shot and killed in Harrisburg early Friday, July 5, city police say.  Officers responded to gunfire on the 1100 block of North 3rd Street around 1:30 a.m., authorities said in a release.  They rendered aid to the victim at the scene and he later died from his wounds, officials wrote.  The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call  717-558-6900. A member of the Darby Township Police Department and officers from surrounding areas were playing at the 69th Street Recreation Area when shots were fired just after 9 p.m., police said. Nobody was struck, and officers do not believe any of them were targeted, police said. "It was still a harrowing incident," Darby Township police said on Facebook Wednesday morning. Police respond to reports of shots fired in the 2300 block of North 2nd Street at 11 p.m. Upon arrival police found the shooting was a house party and two men were in a fight. One man opened fire, shortly after police arrived-- resulting in a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the man he was fighting. The victim was transported to a local hospital. The three victims were targeted in a car near the 100 block of South 11th Street shortly after 2 a.m., LehighValleyLive reports citing Easton Police Lt. Matthew Gerould.
