Double Homicide On I-95 Ramp Leads To Arrest: PA State Police
A seemingly routine crash on a Delaware County highway ramp turned into a double homicide investigation, Pennsylvania State Police announced Monday, Dec. 9.
The incident occurred on Friday, Sept. 13, around 9:58 p.m., when troopers responded to a crash on the I-95 North ramp to I-476 North, near Exit 1 (Macdade Boulevard).

Lemar Bradley Lester Jr. shot Kymire McKinney, both of Harrisburg, in the 1900 block of Boas Street around 8:30 p.m., Harrisburg City police allege.
When officers arrived, they found the teen suffering from a gunshot wound.

A man who shot some in Steelton on Wednesday, August 24, was arrested on Thursday, September 1, Steelton Borough police say.
Melvin Thomas, 43, of the 600 block of North 2nd Street in Steelton, taken into custody in connection "with the assistance of the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service, " police say.
The shooting had happened in the 100 block of Frank S. Brown Boulevard/Adams Street around 8:20 p.m., according to the police.

A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to serve life in prison for the 2020 murder of another teenager, according to a release by the York County district attorney's office.
Donovan Orion Lucret, now 21, of York was sentenced to Life in Prison in Jan. 2022 following his First Degree Murder conviction in Dec. 2021, according to the Lancaster County district attorney's office.

PA Ex-Con Arrested For Murder While On Parole For Attempting To Murder His Brother: Authorities
A man on parole after pleading guilty to attempted homicide, has been charged with the murder of his former neighbor.
Daniel Edward Caraballo, 32, of Harrisburg, has been charged with the death of Jermaine L. Gould, 41, of York.
Gould was shot in the 700 block of south 2nd Street in Steelton around 6:45 p.m., as Daily Voice reported at the time.
He later died of his injuries at Harrisburg Hospital.
