Woman Struck Near Home On Halloween Dies, Pennsylvania State Police Say
A 61-year-old woman has died after being struck by a car, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday, Nov. 3. Christine Stewart of Hershey suffered head trauma, lost consciousness, and later died at Hershey Medical Center on Oct. 31, state police detailed. She had been walking on the edge of the road near her home on Dogwood Drive with she was struck by an 85-year-old woman's blue 2012 Subaru Impreza, according to the release. Woman Dies 1 Week After 2-Vehicle Crash, York County Coroner Says
An 88-year-old woman has died one week after a two-vehicle, the York County Coroner announced. Kantaben Desai of the 600 block of Hayley Road, Manchester Township died at 7:25 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, according to Coroner Pam Gay. Deputy Coroner Karen Frank was called to WellSpan York Hospital to investigate and verify her death.
