Woman Struck Near Home On Halloween Dies, Pennsylvania State Police Say A 61-year-old woman has died after being struck by a car, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday, Nov. 3.  Christine Stewart of Hershey suffered head trauma, lost consciousness, and later died at Hershey Medical Center on Oct. 31, state police detailed. Woman Dies 1 Week After 2-Vehicle Crash, York County Coroner Says An 88-year-old woman has died one week after a two-vehicle, the York County Coroner announced.
