Puddle Causes Serious Tractor-Trailer, SUV Crash On US 15, Upper Allen Township PD A woman was hospitalized after "standing rain water on the roadway" made her lose control of her SUV, Upper Allen Township police announced Wednesday evening. The police were called to the scene of the two-vehicle crash on US Route 15 northbound, near the East Winding Hill Road exit, around 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the department detailed in the release.
