Reward Offered: Felon Drags Officer By Vehicle In Harrisburg, Police Say A 44-year-old convicted felon is wanted by the police for dragging an officer by his vehicle down a Harrisburg street, authorities announced on Monday.  Duron Smith "has an active arrest warrant for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer by Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division," the police stated in the release on April 1.  The officer was dragged by Smith's vehicle for an unknown distance along South Second Street in Harrisburg on Jan. 26, 2024, according to the warrant notification.  Smith has felon convictions in Dauphin County for drug dealing and ille…
