Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. Christopher Michael Mumford, 41, sped away from police who attempted to stop him near Lititz Pike and West Woods Drive in Warwick Township just before 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said.
