Child Abducted By Mom During Visit In Pennsylvania (Details): Police A massive search is under way in Pennsylvania for a woman who authorities say abducted her 6-year-old daughter during a supervised visit. Vanessa Gutshall, 37, and Zoe Moss were reported missing out of Downington on Tuesday, Oct. 25.  They were last seen near East Ward Elementary School in Chester County around 6:10 p.m. The child was at that location for a court-ordered, non-school-related supervised visit with her mom. Pennsylvania Man Accused Of Raping 12-Year-Old Girl Nabbed In Texas A Pennsylvania man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl was arrested in Texas, authorities said. George Berry, of Downingtown, was charged with 15 counts of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, and related offenses, the Chester County District Attorney's office, and Downingtown police said in a joint statement released Monday.
