A former convict was found dead at a "police incident" on Sunday, officials said to the press on Tuesday. The "incident" started Sunday evening in Cumberland County, and state police informed the public to avoid the 2200 block of Newville Road around 8 p.m., according to Trooper Megan Ammerman. The body of a well-known 23-year-old man missing for months was found by hunters in a wooded area in Sussex County, authorities confirmed Tuesday. North Warren High School graduate Daniel Cannone — who went missing last October — was found dead in Frankford early Sunday, Blairstown Police said. Authorities have identified the man found dead in a vehicle parked outside of a Walmart. Frank Nispel, 55, was found dead in his vehicle on Saturday afternoon, according to a release by the York County coroner's office. Body Found On University Of Maryland Campus
A man was found dead on the grass of the University of Maryland Campus, the school's police said. First responders found the man in the grass outside Mowatt Lane Parking Garage around 6 a.m. on Dec. 21. He was pronounced dead on the scene. There was no known threat to campus, according to police. The human remains found behind a Target along Route 30 have been identified, according to the Lancaster County coroner. Gene Lamar Engle, 59, of Lancaster, was found behind the Target in East Lampeter Township on Wednesday June 9, according to the coroner. The autopsy was performed on June 11.
