Suspect Named In Cold-Blooded Harrisburg Street Murder (Update) Police have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man found dead on Nectarine Street in Harrisburg, authorities announced Monday, Dec. 9, 2024. Santiago Gutierrez, 29, is wanted for murder after allegedly shooting Jhonny Torres, 25, dead in the middle of the street, police said. Gutierrez, who fled the scene immediately after the shooting, has been charged with murder and firearm not to be carried without a license. The 24-year-old fugitive was caught on Friday by U.S. Marshals in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
