Crash Victim Found Lying Dead In Road, Lancaster County Coroner Says A 33-year-old man was found lying on the road Sunday morning, Aug. 11, the Lancaster County Coroner announced the following day. Alexis Garcia-Burgos, of the 700 block of King Street, Lancaster, PA was pronounced dead at the scene of the two-vehicle crash at 8:15 a.m., as detailed in the coroner's release.
