A woman has been identified and Route 41 has reopened after what Pennsylvania State Police are calling a "serious crash." Arlene Pecheco Figueroa, 36, of the first book of Gay Street, Christiana, "seriously injured" in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 41 and Pine Creek Drive in Sadsbury Township at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's office. The coroner has identified the man killed in a crash in Paradise Township on Friday morning. Nickolas Dewey, 47 of Christiana, was pronounced dead at 8:42 a.m. on Oct. 13, by the Lancaster County Coroner's office. The crash happened at the intersection of White Oak Road and Route 896/Georgetown Road at 6:30 a.m., according to LCWC. The two-vehicle crash involved a pickup truck and a sedan, and Dewey was the driver and sole occupant of the sedan, according to the coroner's release. A doctor who specializes in "serving Old Order Amish and Mennonite (Plain) populations," is accused of sexually one of his patients. Vladimir V. Iakomi of Lititz was charged with indecent assault without consent and indecent assault of an unconscious person in connection with an appointment on Saturday, Sept. 30, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police the following Monday. UPDATE: The warnings expired at 11:30 a.m., according to NWS. ORIGINAL: A Tornado Warning has been issued in Lancaster County. A storm system capable of tornados and straight-line wind damage was over Quarryville at 10:49 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.
