The victim was hit while "wearing dark clothing" and "not using a marked crosswalk," at 9:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street, according to Hanover police. He was flown to York Hospital with serious injuries, as detailed in the release.  The teen's identity was not released.
