Personal information of millions of AT&T customers was posted to the dark web in a major data breach announced by the telecom company Saturday, March 30. Widespread Outage Knocks Service To 73K AT&T Customers For Hours
Thousands of AT&T customers were experiencing an outage Thursday, Feb. 22. As of 9:35 a.m., 73,000 customers had reported an issue, according to Downdetector. The company said it was "working urgently" to restore service and encourages the use of Wi-Fi calling. Customers began reporting issues in the early-morning hours, but the issue lasted well into the afternoon for thousands, Downdetector shoes. The issue had resolved for most customers by 2 p.m.

A series of threatening voicemails have landed a Pennsylvania man a serious charge from the United States Attorney’s Office, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. A 46-year-old New Jersey man driving a Tesla was airlifted to York Hospital after crashing into an AT&T cellular tower along Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania, according to State Police in Newville. Ashish Sonawane, of Livingston, was heading east through Blue Mountain Tunnel in Lurgan Township when he left his lane for an unknown reason while exiting the tunnel at 9:39 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2023, as detailed in the release. An irate man attacked an employee at a central Pennsylvania AT&T on Tuesday, Oct. 18, police say. A Lancaster County man who is currently running as a write-in candidate for Smokestown Judge of Elections has been charged for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot. Edward McAlanis of East Cocalico Township, has been charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds along with knowingly entering a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, according to court documents.
