Hershey Woman Sets Fire To Porch In Hummlestown, Police Say A 49-year-old Hershey woman was caught burning down someone's porch in Hummelstown, police announced Wednesday, Sept. 27.  Tiffany Kay Look was arrested the evening after a patrol officer saw a front porch on fire in the 500 block of West Second Street at 12:58 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24. Another officer joined the patrol officer and together they "were able to extinguish the flames preventing the fire from spreading into the house," as stated in the release.  Officers soon figured out that this fire was an act of arson and that gasoline was the accelerator used.
