Firefighters were called to the blaze at 55West Loudon Street/Lincoln Way West/US Route 30 in Chambersburg Borough around 8:30 a.m., according to police and fire companies called to the scene. A pedestrian was walking west in the crosswalk of South Ninth Street/PA Route 72 in Lebanon City when a vehicle making a left turn from Chesnut Street to head north on S 9th St. struck them, the police detailed in a release that afternoon.
