Crews responded to a single-vehicle crash into a tree in the 650 block of Potts Hill Road in Newberry Township around 10:30 p.m.
The coroner was called around 11 p.m.
A man was declared deceased at the scene from multiple blunt force trauma at 11:47 p.m., according to the coroner's office.
No one else was in the vehicle.
An autopsy will not be conducted, but a routine toxicology report will still be done.
Police in Newberry Township continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
The victim's identity has not been released at the time of publishing.
