Overdosed PA Mom Smothers Infant Son To Death: Affidavit A 3-month-old boy suffocated by his mom while she was passed out after ingesting crack cocaine, Lancaster police detailed in court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Luz L. Saez, 32, of the  500 block of Lime Street in Lancaster, smoked the crack to “stay awake”, according to an affidavit of probable cause, but grandma found the infant under his mom on Friday, Aug. 30, 2024.
