A man wanted for more than 100 counts of child rape and similar offenses in Delaware County has been arrested, according to the US Marshals in Philadelphia. A Lancaster City man has been charged with Sexual Abuse of Children due to his activities on the website Discord, police announced on Monday, Oct. 21.
