The child was struck the intersection of Glenola Drive and East Main Street/Route 23 in Upper Leacock Township at 6:36 a.m., according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. They were transported to a hospital for treatment, but their condition has not been released. Their age remains unknown at this time. 2 Children Struck In Pottstown: Police (Update) Two children are in the hospital after being struck by a car, the Pottstown Chief of Police Mick Markovich told Daily Voice on Friday, Oct. 11.  The collision happened near the corner of Beech and North Adams streets in Pottstown around 5:54 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety.
