Next Of Kin Sought For Woman Found Dead At PA Nursing Home: Coroner The Berks County Coroner’s Office is seeking help in finding the next of kin for Joyce Kleinhagen, an 82-year-old woman who was found dead at the Sinking Spring Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility, officials announced on Saturday, Feb. 15. Kleinhagen was pronounced dead at the facility, located on Columbia Avenue in Sinking Spring, the coroner’s office said in a press release. Anyone with information about Kleinhagen’s family is asked to contact the Berks County Coroner’s Office at 610-478-3280.

Steven P. Najarian was arrested after an extensive investigation into unlawful sexual encounters involving a juvenile female, authorities said.
