PA Discord User Charged With Sexual Abuse Of Children: Police A Lancaster City man has been charged with Sexual Abuse of Children due to his activities on the website Discord, police announced on Monday, Oct. 21.  Kenneth Stuart Rader, 60, of the 300 block of Travis Lane was arrested on Friday, Oct. 18.  The charges come following an investigation into a CyberTipline report of child pornography on Discord.  Rader's e-mail address and IP address were found to be connected to the offending Discord user, the police explained.   "Rader confirmed that he was the user of the e-mail address obtained and that he had a Discord accoun…
