Harrisburg Drunk Threatened Federal Employees With AR 15 In Bizarre Email: Affidavit Federal workers were threatened by a Pennsylvania man, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Wednesday, July 17.  Thomas West, 44, of Harrisburg, has been in custody for more than five months after being ruled a flight risk, according to federal court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
