Hit-Run Sends Central PA Man Getting Gas To Hospital: Police A 47-year-old man is in the hospital after a hit-and-run in Lancaster County early Wednesday morning, Oct. 16, police announced. Columbia Borough Police officers were called to a report of a person struck at Columbia Plaza in the 910-970 block of Lancaster Avenue at 12:19 a.m., according to the release and Google Maps Street View. Pedestrian Strike In York County (Developing) A person was struck by a vehicle in York County on Tuesday, Sept. 3, according to the York County Department of Emergency Services. The strike happened at the intersection of Red Rock Run and Pearl Drive in Penn Township around 7:30 a.m., dispatchers said.
