PA Man's Spotted In Child Pornography, Authorities Say A 28-year-old man from Reading has been charged with possession of child pornography after sexually explicit images were found on his cellphone, authorities said. Kristopher W. Tanner also was charged with criminal use of a communication facility, corruption of minors, and indecent assault, according to a joint release from the Reading police and Berks County District Attorney. NJ, Philly Stalker Caught Stalking Again, Prosecutors Say A Philadelphia man with prior convictions for stalking is charged with the same crime in western Pennsylvania, according to prosecutors.  Shane P. Cassidy, 24, is accused of stalking a Unity Township woman and sending her threatening text messages, said the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office.  The victim told authorities she received the messages from multiple phone numbers over a period of months, officials said.
