PA Jehovah's Witness Member Convicted Of Sexually Abusing 4-Year-Old: AG A Jehovah's Witness member from Philadelphia has been convicted of sexually abusing of a young child in 1988, authorities said on Tuesday, Sept. 17 David Balosa, 62, was one of five defendants arrested in 2023, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
