Officers and Philadelphia Fire Department crews responded to the report of a fire in a driveway in the 8000 block of Leonard Street at 3:08 a.m., the Philadelphia Police Department said in a news release. Ephrata Arson: Retired Care Manager At LanCo Dept. Of Aging Set Bathtub On Fire While still in the hospital recovering from burns, a 70-year-old woman has been charged with arson and cruelty to animals, the Ephrata Police announced on Friday, Oct. 18.  Leslie G.
