PA Teen Basketball Player, Top SAT Scorer Noah Scurry Fatally Shot A Philadelphia teenager and standout student-athlete was fatally shot outside his home on Rorer Street in the city’s 25th District, police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 14. Officers arrived at the 5000 block of Rorer Street at 7:15 a.m. after reports of an armed male, authorities said. There, they found 17-year-old Noah Scurry suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police.
