Girl Waiting For School Bus Robbed In Cheltenham: Police A schoolgirl was the victim of a strong-armed robbery while she was waiting for her bus in Cheltenham Township, the police announced on Friday, Sept. 27.   The girl was waiting for a school bus on Asbury Avenue when a black Kia sedan approached her, the Cheltenham Township Police Department explained. A man in the vehicle called the girl over to the car, threatened her, and grabbed her cell phone from her hands. After stealing the cell phone, the vehicle fled the scene, according to police.
