Driver Shot On I-95; Shooter Flees Into NJ: PA State Police

A driver was shot at on Interstate 95 in during rush hour, Pennsylvania State Police reported on Wednesday, Feb. 12.

The incident occurred in Philadelphia near Exit 26: Aramingo/Betsy Ross around 8:16 a.m. when a 43-year-old man from Folcroft was traveling in the left lane. A silver Dodge sedan with tinted windows and a damaged rear bumper pulled alongside him, and an occupant fired a shot through his passenger-side window. The bullet exited through the front windshield, but the driver was unharmed.

The suspect vehicle fled the scene speeding off towards New Jersey, and authorities are actively seeking information to identify and apprehend the shooter.
