Felon On PCP Crashes Into Home, Attempts Break-In To PA Home: Police A convicted felon allegedly high on PCP, crashed into an occupied home before trying to break into another residence, Manheim Township police announced on Monday, Nov. 11. Felix Daniel Ortiz Jr., 42, was arrested after officers found him fleeing the crash scene and later admitted to hallucinating from drug use, police said. Felix Daniel Ortiz Jr., 42, was charged with DUI-Controlled Substance, Criminal Trespass, DUS-DUI Related, Accident-Damage Attended, Reckless Driving, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and other offenses.
