Fire Breaks Out At Storage Unit In Franklin County: Officials (Photos) A storage unit caught on fire in South Central Pennsylvania on Friday morning, Oct. 4, officials announced.  Firefighters were called to the blaze at 55West Loudon Street/Lincoln Way West/US Route 30 in Chambersburg Borough around 8:30 a.m., according to police and fire companies called to the scene.  Numerous storage sheds burned, according to the Franklin Fire Company. "Hydrant failures have hindered operations," the company said, but by 9:30 a.m., "crews have secured a water source and the fire is under control."
